We'll be upgrading Redis on Heroku to v6.2.0, temporarily pausing all I/O as we back up and redeploy the instance. The web app will forward to our Status Page during this time, and background workers will be disabled.
Following the upgrade, scheduled freeze/unfreeze jobs in the queue should resume.
