Some Merge Freeze status checks took longer than usual to appear on pull requests and merge queue entries. Our requests to post these checks to GitHub intermittently returned errors between 9:15 AM and 4:08 PM CST, with the most errors between 12:30 and 1:45 PM CST. There was also a brief period of errors from 5:17 to 5:19 AM CST.
Most affected checks succeeded automatically on retry within about two minutes. A small number of merge queue checks could not be posted after repeated attempts. If a merge queue entry appears stuck waiting on Merge Freeze, please re-queue it.
We are monitoring until error rates return to normal.
